This is the proposed process for the pilot:

The Project Leader carrying out a first assessment of an ex-YDP business group (Individual Enterprise: Electronics)
  1. Audit all existing GDPU trained YDP groups
  2. Choose 3 groups for pilot
  3. Make work plan with each chosen pilot group
  4. Organise Training requirements/ support needed
  5. Deliver training/ support for pilot groups
  6. Evaluate/ draw up plans for Full Project
