This project began in early 2017. etc@gdpu was aimed at disabled youth who had already established their own businesses). GDPU delivered or assisted in the provision of education, training, psycho-social support, business support and grants designed to enable individuals to achieve sustainable and self-supporting livelihoods.

Although the project formally ended with the start of VPlus@GDPU in2020, in fact the support of etc@gdpu beneficiaries still continues and will carry on under the current VPlus+ programme.
